The things we are asked most often.
The success fee
A sale you run yourself costs nothing when it completes. The one exception is the managed plan, where Keisho represents you and is paid when the sale completes — the schedule for that is confirmed at launch.
Nothing is charged by the month
Assisted Sale is bought once against one listing, not by the month, and Managed Sale is charged only if your sale completes. Nothing ticks over while your listing sits waiting for the right buyer.
Paying changes nothing a buyer sees
Search order, placement and the way your listing appears are the same on every plan. We do not sell attention.
Your name stays yours
Your name, email address and phone number are never given to a buyer, on any plan, at any stage. What an approved buyer receives is the business's own contact route.
