Yen prices are shown before tax together with the total including consumption tax, and the total is charged. US dollar prices are as shown on the Plans Page.
- Charges other than the price
- the cost of the internet connection needed to use the Service is borne by the User. Paying in US dollars may incur a foreign transaction fee set by your card issuer.
- Payment method
- credit card (processed by Stripe).
- When payment is taken
- the charge for the first period when you order, then the charge for each following period on its renewal date. The difference for a change to a higher plan is charged when you approve the change.
- When the service is provided
- immediately after payment is completed.
- Term and automatic renewal
- one month or six months (chosen when ordering; a six-month period costs five months' price). The plan renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled. The Private Client plan's minimum term is set out below.
- How to cancel
- at any time from the "Plan" screen of your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you can use the plan until then.
- Refunds
- no refund for the unused part of a period if you cancel part-way through. We do refund where we charged twice, where we could not provide the service for reasons attributable to us, or where we otherwise charged in error. Your rights under the law are not limited.
- Withdrawal (cooling-off)
- the Service is sold by mail order (online), and the statutory cooling-off right does not apply to it.
- Private Client plan
- not sold online; provided under an individual agreement with Keisho. The price is ¥800,000 a month plus tax (¥880,000 including tax), with a minimum term of three months. The six-month price (five months' charge) does not apply.
- Assisted Sale (for sellers)
- ¥9,800 per listing plus tax (the tax-inclusive total is shown). Paid once when ordering; the service starts once payment is completed. Not refunded once the service has started.
- Supported browsers
- the latest versions of Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge or Firefox.
- Technology provider
- Acquire Scout LLC (United States) develops and operates the Service for Keisho. Acquire Scout is not the seller.
